Here's a song for all who trust in the Lord, for all who've been made clean
by the blood of Jesus Christ.

You will say in that day:
I will give thanks to you, O LORD,
for though you were angry with me,
your anger turned away,
and you comforted me.

Surely God is my salvation;
I will trust, and will not be afraid,
for the LORD GOD is my strength and my might;
he has become my salvation.

With joy you will draw water
from the wells of salvation.

And you will say in that day:
Give thanks to the LORD,
call on his name;
make known his deeds among the nations;
proclaim that his name is exalted.

Sing praises to the LORD,
for he has done gloriously;
let this be known in all the earth.

Shout aloud
and sing for joy, O royal Zion,
for great in your midst
is the Holy One of Israel.
--Isaiah, chapter 12


The testimony of Scripture:

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is
the witness of God which He has testified of His Son. He who believes in
the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has
made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has
given of His Son. And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal
life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does
not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to
you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you
have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the
Son of God. (1 John 5:9-13)
